I have been trying numerous way to build buyers list. finally getting some results. i explained to the guy that his idea has potential to work but he just got mad. he ultimately wanted me to buy his e book so when i disagreed to one of his methods, he got offended. but that won't discourage me.

Check out the free private Facebook group, this is a good complimentary to the Academy. but to be honest, I just think it a no brainier joining the academy, the product is awesome and as mentioned great value for money.

I saw an ebook called Landlord accounting where the guy claimed to be able to walk you though all the steps to set up quickbooks for REI.

Can I get a better return on my money with a different product, ie. a book, course, webinar, ebook, etc?
