Do you get to talk to a doctor you're considering before "hiring" him?

I have most of my properties close to the Medical Center in SA and have had tremendous success with quality renters (doctors, nurses, folks within medical industry) over the years.

The owner of the building is a retired doctor who lives out of the state and is willing to do seller-financing.

Politicians stood beside doctors.

Always got good grades in school, people told me to be a doctor or lawyer but I had no interest in either.

Hi Carissa, I have seen it done with a lot success specially around traveling nurses and doctors - the trick with is that you kind have to put on your salesperson hat and connect with HR and agent professionals that help them with housing. 

I agree with the doctor who posted above.. what the heck go get the shot.. just like we got the polio shot ( at least i did) and the shots we give our children so they dont get those other nasty things..

", much in the same vein if a person were saying ".... in GENERAL, a DOCTOR....". 

Think of CPA's like you would a lawyer or doctor (i.e. you wouldn't want a family court lawyer helping you if you get sued by a tenant or a dermatologist performing your open heart surgery).

This is good for nurse/doctor rental.Anyone live in similar goldmines ?
