Nobody walks away from $50,000 without a very good reason.Not enough information to know yet, but my little red flags are waving.

I just sent out my first wave of direct mailing.

We have a wave of people coming from the city, Investors, renters, and first time home buyers.

LOL  I do fell like i weathered a storm I didnt even truly understand and i saw a lot of other investors ship sink in the waves of the turmoil.

I'm currently in West Midtown in an apartment so I am kind of seeing first hand the wave of development that is basically sweeping over this area and going further west. 

Funny how they come in waves.  1 year will be washing machines, another h/w tanks,  another furnaces or a/c units.

Landlords get in too much of a rush and rent to anyone who waves money in front of them.

Until you wave money under her nose, she may not believe you are serious about buying the home or capable of doing so.I think she's financially irresponsible so I wouldn't be interested in an owner financing situation.

Rents don’t grow much but there’s always a tenant for the right price.Speaking of large projects, in Texas, new construction traditionally comes in waves.  

Right now Somerton is popular neighborhood for the immigrants from the former ussr to settle, but you have to remember late 90s early 2000s when the previous wave of them moved out from northeast to Bucks and Montgomery counties.
