Hi does anyone know how is the high end rental market in Utah Salt Lake City and bountiful area ?

Looking for funding in the Tampa/ Land O Lakes/Wesley Chapel area. 

About four years ago I saw a nasty, old house on decent piece of land about 2 miles from my home in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Selma, Schertz, SM, Kyle, Buda, Round Rock, Pflugerville, New Braunfels, and Canyon Lake are just a few of the areas that I think will be hot for some time (shameless keyword plug).I grew up in California and I see some very telling similarities between Los Angeles suburbs and the suburbs around Austin and San Antonio.

Hey David...so far I have invested in Lauderhill and Lauderdale Lakes.
