Hello!

My name is Nix and I have been inspired to invest specifically in Real Estate. I am new to the business, but I have the will to learn and start networking. I am originally from an tiny island called Guam, but now currently in San Clamente, CA. I have met great people from meetup and have been referred to Biggerpockets. I love what this site can offer and I'm very excited to learn and network. I am currently reading "What Every Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow...and 36 other key to finanancial measures by Frank Gallinelli" if you guys recommend a book or want to give some advices for newbies feel free to type it in. :).

Happy investing!
