@Stephen Rossi Categorizing “good” areas is subjective and varies a lot from investor to investor, of course, but if you have any particular properties in mind I’d be happy to give you my opinion on if I would consider it an A, B, or C area and provide any additional insight I can.

For instance, you may want to confirm that it's a B class property and neighborhood like the seller or turn key company has told you and not in fact, a C class or worse.

I have laundry hookups and could easily add laundry .. but I have to pay the water bill so I’m not about to do anything that adds to that especially after doing the math on coin laundry and the cost of the machines  unless your in a b class neighborhood I wouldn’t waste my time or money .
