They don't inspect inside the residence, but they inspect the perimeter of all the homes to see if there are weeds, desert grasses and brush that create a fire hazard.The city does NOT charge to do the inspection.

I would advise to wait.... see what these areas are doing after 1 years of "slow down" all of the desert areas you mentioned boomed the last 2 years and everyone bought there during the COVID frenzy and are very over saturated.

I will assume you are talking about an infill lot (vacant SFR property with houses on each side and down the street) and not a new development where you will have to put in utilities, streets, gutters, etc.Prices range all over the board and building right now in Hesperia could be a tad dangerous given our market conditions here in So Cal with Hesperia being far out there in the desert.
