Although, this is a bigger investment @235k than the original loan amount of $170k, I am thinking of it as if why not save that $1212/month for a year, giving me about $14,500 to invest in another property per year, via house-hacking and say it even comes out to a purchase price of $170k, I could again hopefully enjoy some cash flow and tax benefits while that asset will (hopefully) appreciation to an estimated $330k (22 years @3% appreciation).
