Hey guys,

As you know, I've done 3 podcast here with the boys - #14, #61, and #152. There have been countless others, but these BP podcast are some of the most complete.

However, I just recorded one that is flat out awesome. This was with Keith Weinhold of Get Rich Education. Most of the podcast focused on evaluating and underwriting property in today's conditions.
