In terms of residential redevelopment, the weather doesn't play a role is preventing year round operation, when compared to New England.

Global Investments, based in England, sends me offers that look too good to be true.The latest example is a completely renovated house in Toledo, Ohio already tenanted with Section 8 tenants and managed by a management company.The price is 40,000 something while the rent is 750 dollars a month.I live far away from Ohio.

I did a research and this is what I found of the most famous ones:1- The Trump University is NOT for me since I'm not into skyscrappers, Yet.2- Dave Lindhal is NOT for me since I'm not into multi-family buildings, Yet.3- Robert Kiyosaki (My Personal Rich Dad) is my best mentor, but not for my market and not doing single fmly as others.4- Armando Montelongo would it be a great coach if he was specialized in New England.5- Than Merrill (Fortune Builder) is into single fmly houses and they got started in New England, therefore, is my best choice!

Hi, just stated few weeks ago, did quite good amount of market analysis and saw places mostly here in new England as I am here now but looking multies (4 unit) in FL, open to other southern states too but haven't looked much.

Purchase price: $85,000 Cash invested: $2,975 SFR in a secluded touristy/destinstion area in New England What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I left a SFH in New England which is being rented out and purchased a duplex in San Antonio which I am currently living in.  

The only towns with anything of real note worthy around pine bluff is little rock (of course)  Sheridan, star city, Dumas, stuttgart, England.

I'm a fellow New Englander and own a four-unit in RI.  

I am in a very similar situation, I am in Portland or and I just got my CCB (contractors license) and I am looking for funding, I have a rental property in New England.
