We are wondering what to do next....multi family unit?

Hello everyone I am wondering how everyone is doing with their fix and flip projects.

I am completely new in this industry but I am wondering how hard money and private investing works for flipping.

I wonder why they don't make roofline sprinklers or some other product like that. 

I'm in escrow on a small multifamily (4-unit) in San Diego and wondering if anyone has suggestions for great property managers in the area.

Even new laws restricting short-term rentals seemed only to present new opportunities to savvy investors who knew how to find the gaps.But the last year here, I've started to wonder if Airbnb and short-term rentals as I've known them are dead in Colorado. 

I wonder if the fed will look at equalizing market rate and sec 8 rents to mirror each other.
