Glad the project turned out well and that you're already getting good vacationers and good reviews.

Other than spring training, however, it's a little out of the way for vacationers looking to partake in the upscale shopping, nightlife, and golf around downtown Scottsdale.

The locals IMO, will not be chasing a luxury unit for long term - - they're struggling with cash flow and keeping jobs too.If  your unit is on the beach, facing the sunset, I would think your market would be high-end, short to medium length business or vacationers. 

You have the military out there bringing most of the business there but that is pretty much all and some vacationers for Joshua tree.

A lot of vacationers (& snow birds) in many areas of the country have no problem staying in a manufactured home if well cared for and amenities are available.

We run a handful of STR for vacationers, as well as several urban properties for business trip customers, primarily.

We would like to display the resort like feel of Ocean Village to prospect vacationers. 

Most of the ones I researched into had entire months worth of vacancies, including many that had no vacationers for the upcoming weekend.

Plus, I won't yet have the cash to update the larger house so not sure how many vacationers want a dated place.
