Find a local theater group to do "CLUE" evenings.

No theater, no going out to eat, no steaks on the grill, no booze, no new clothes unless really necessary for work, no Starbucks......you get the idea, deprive yourself until you accomplish a money making goal!

They did just do a groundbreaking for a new 16-screen mega-plex movie theater this past weekend, so that'll be nice when it opens.  

I do however see people upgrading their primary residence to now include a home gym, dedicated office space and home theater room..

Something that has movie theater, bowling/mini golf etc. something for family and people of all ages to enjoy.

For example in NYC and to some extent in SF, vacancies have risen because of burb migration but more so because of a stop on international migration, student population that did not renew their leases and the thousands of workers in the fashion, theater, tourism industries that lost their jobs and had to flee.

Home is our school, the gym, the movie theater, the best local restaurant.

If you haven't been to the newly renovated main street, the Convention Center, and the Fox Theater, it's amazing what has been accomplished in a relatively short amount of time.

She added a theater room and exercise room on the second story on top of her garage and I see that the tape is peeling out and it doesnt look too good.

Watching the couples and families in food court, movie theaters, and stores seemed no different than here.
