Toss the tin patio roof, and do a second pergola roughly the width of the two windows, with sturdy cinder block columns in front.Color will REALLY help the building tremendously.

I would probably just put in the lease that any dog that they have is their responsibility to keep on a leash our  detained in some other way, and that you will not be held accountable or responsible for any injuries or danger to others because of their dog. 

Some are quite sturdy while others are very soft.

Hi Josielyn,  The cabinets are wonderful...can't say enough about how good the quality is, they are sturdy, they maintain their new look, and we still get compliments.

If I'm grasping the imagery right I would make sure the door is sturdy and add a padlock on the exterior of both doors.
