It sucks but get used to it ( sleepy joe will gladly continue this insane policy of controlling the public sector of housing ) and you must find ways around it going forward ,it’s not the end of the world for landlords I’ve evicted folks through this mess and I assure you it’s possible if you are creative and there are ways to make things hard on tenants where they want to leave .
