I'm sure you've heard stories about the sleepy small town it was 20 some years ago.

I grew up on a farm with a large modern barn and us kids would play in the hay loft, many times that sound put me to sleep. I

I will make myself available for most anything, and sleep is for when you are dead, I will party with you all for as long as we can go.

So I'm getting a little sleepy here, but when I punch $130k with 20% DP and 4% interest into a mortgage calculator I'm seeing monthly payments of around $630 without insurance.

I knew I had a key ingredient in place with my pre-paid mortgage that I could tap into whenever I liked, but most of all the biggest benefit was the boost in good quality sleep I got.

I know this is somewhat subjective, but too many complaints on a particular site and I'll look for another option because there's nothing worse than a bad night's sleep. I

It sucks but get used to it ( sleepy joe will gladly continue this insane policy of controlling the public sector of housing ) and you must find ways around it going forward ,it’s not the end of the world for landlords I’ve evicted folks through this mess and I assure you it’s possible if you are creative and there are ways to make things hard on tenants where they want to leave .
