Tin / Metal roof for a rental property?

Hi All,
I'm attracted to a tin / metal roof for a rental property due to the relative ease of installation and comparable cost to shingle.

Do you think this is a bad idea from a tenant perspective? I have one on a garage and it is great, but you can hear all the rain etc. I'm worried I'll turn off tenants as there is no attic and the metal roof would be directly over the 3 bedrooms...

Any thoughts?
Thanks everyone!
Mark
