I don't know about the rest of you, but I spent an entire semester of college Statistics praying, "Please God, get me through this course with at least a C, and I'll promise you whatever you want."

I expect that it would rent very quickly in the late summer for the Fall semester of school.So you are going to have to increase your marketing. 

Study the rent rates and find the crime free areas close to the school.1st Semester: Move in to an apartment complex close to school.

I did two and a half semesters at TAMU-CC (computer science major/Business Management Minor),but I dropped out because I did not want to get a loan and that was the only way I could afford it.

As far as my experience with managing student housing I myself have recently stayed on a college dormitory for a semester to immerse myself into the culture and to see exactly what the needs of the students their parents and the universities are, and how I can scale my business to meet that demand.

Considering I have free food and shelter, should I just focus on studying real estate and making money to invest or should I attend college (approx. 4k a semester)?
