At least the scenery is nice.

I have two fully remodeled (soon) houses that share 900 feet of frontage almost literally on a trout stream with rapids and gorgeous scenery, and privacy with no other houses in sight. 

It's a quieter option than some of the other beaches in the area, making it perfect for families or anyone looking for a more peaceful getaway.Grayton Beach: This beach is a popular spot for both locals and tourists, with its stunning scenery and laid-back vibe.

Just like Sedona, Joshua tree has its spiritual creative mystic of beautiful scenery sunsets solitude etc Popular series like Entourage and musicians like Dave Grohl and many other artists have popularized the area  Being so close to LA and rich leftover hippies with a high dose of legal weed make it a pretty cool spot 

Not too far from Crater Lake for scenery.

Then of course there is the beach scenery there...lolHowever - right after I left Springfield, MO they had a massive influx of Californina folks moving there.

The idea was this guy wanted to build his house on this property because it's secluded and it has a beautiful view of the changing scenery from the wetland.

Change of scenery, meeting new people... and it keeps me focused on not wasting money and accumulating too much stuff because I always know that I'm going to have to move it soon.

For a change of scenery I was considering buy 3-4 higher end properties in the city and let the equity build up over the next 5years but scaling over here is abit of a challenge . 

A change in scenery was all it took and in a place like NW Indiana you can buy 1/2 of downtown for what you'd pay for a single house in CA, haha.
