Regardless, I went to see the duplex and unfortunately there is a very large electrical plant directly across the street, so I have to cross it off my list.

Once you embrace the fact that you do not need guidance to make it, you will be surprised how strong and resilient you truly are!

Vegas was like this too but they're getting other industries in there too be more resilient.
