The wholesaling work I know of all pretty much resembles the definition of "broker."

There are porcelain tiles that resemble travertine - that is the way to go IMO. 

What would you say to a tenant who moved out and had children who wrote on the walls,  then tried to cover nail holes with spackle (leaving walls to resemble a teenager with pimples), a wood stain on a carpet that was left buckled after cleaning, etc. etc. etc..  

I would not be looking to create anything that resembles a REIA.

Investing in your own home town from a distance bears little resemblance to picking a spot on the map and throwing a dart (i.e. what seems to pass for a lot of "out-of-state investing"). 

Comments like "I just now signed up on this Bigger Pockets in an attempt to send this far and wide..." display an agenda that resembles a smear campaign.Make a solid argument and you'll have my attention.

There should be some resemblance of color leading from the front yard/stoop to the door essentially drawing you into the home.
