Every now and then a situation arises where I deal with police, fire, EMS or a combination of all 3, dead bodies, overdoses and prostitutes too.   

That is a very high drug trafficking and prostitution area

Do you allow prostitutes? 

My day job is immediatelly beside the projects so I have a good understanding of what has happened in them. 3 years ago they were infested with drugs and prostitutes however about a year and a half ago the local and stte police really started cleaning the place up and I have not noticed any fancy cars with out of state plates or girls coming and going or people regularly going in and out of peoples apartments.

And if the bad elements know they'll be reported for vandalism, drug activity, prostitution or whatever - they'll stay away from your building.6.

Theres a big difference between C and D class neighborhoods.If you truly are in a C class neighborhood (blue collar, some crime, probably don't want to hang around after dark) these are the requirements I usually have- No evictions- minimum 600 credit score- 3 times monthly rent in income- Past landlord referralsIf its a D neighborhood (drugs, gangs, prostitutes, don't want to go even in the day) then I would sell the house.

@Cheryl Vargas In my STR market I've dealt with prostitutes, pet rattlesnakes that escaped, a drug overdose, an accidental death, people fooling around with their neighbors spouse, and this:Bicycles and firearms are not anything I'm concerned about. 

One of the houses I looked at today had some serious foundation problems and the other house is vacant and in a very rough area of town, where the neighbor told me that last week right after I viewed it, there was a crackhead and a prostitute in the house that drop in from time to time.

This was confirmed when I took an uber pool through Trinidad last year, I saw what looked to be prostitutes on the street corner and when two young blond girls got in my shared uber I asked them how the neighborhood was improving and they told me they were just coming from their friend's place in Trinidad and that friend had just moved to Trinidad a week before and that she was robbed the night before.

I suspect they were there for prostitution or adult films.
