Hi David,I’m just entering the flex space development space and recently joined a mentorship program to deepen my knowledge (I do have experience in commercial MF).

My wife and I did our own taxes using some program (I don't think it was TurboTax, but maybe.)

Especially section 8 rentals of course because HUD struggled to manage that program before. 

As for non-bank loans, I'm familiar with a loan program that provides 100% financing, but it requires a minimum 650 credit score and proof of funds covering 12 months of interest.

Most are selling hype to get you to buy their programs by deliberately make it sound easy.Your profile here on BP is blank, so guessing you are a "newbie"?

It actually is a solid program.

And if someone tries it, without paying for classes or programs, they can either net a deal or loose X number of hours of their time trying it.

I love the program, as it helps many people who can't afford housing.
