Some people just need those exterior accolades and praise.

@Gabriel Farfan I grew up in Cincinnati and it is experiencing great growth lately, a lot of people on BP have been singing it's praises including @Brandon Turner who just bought an apartment building in the area. 

A lot of people on BP sing his praises.  

His company gets much praise, and he's in the same general area as Morris; I.e., the Midwest.

All you see is that fans and admirers call you praising you and they are honored you took their call and thank you for it.This is the EXACT opposite with other marketing venues, and no matter how hard you try to explain this to others they will NEVER have a clue till they experience this for themselves.

But Brandon is a guy who writes books about this stuff, GPs a syndication, hosts the most well known RE podcast, so his heaping praise on this guy goes a long way to making this idea more mainstream.  

A whopping 3000 people here on BP flood the forums vouching and praising them.. and that is what all you little mortals keep seeing.

Then about an hour later listen to the daily sales call from HQ in Chapel Hill reporting in the Top 10 sales totals from the previous day to give them praise and congratulate them.

Based on your high praise of the tenants, they should understand.

No, because he has better things to do with his time, in fact, he would praise accomplishment.
