I am currently in pharmacy school and I am going to pursue real estate after school.

I recently graduated pharmacy school and have a newfound interest in real estate, partly because I can't see myself working as a pharmacist my whole life haha.

Colleges, Umass Med, Mass College of Pharmacy, Access to the train to Boston, people who work in worcester, and people who work in Marlboro/hudson who can get there in 15 min from worcester for 2/3 the cost.  1200 sf apartment in worcester is between $1050-1500/month, the same can be $2000 in Marlboro, hudson, framingham. 

Since I discovered the podcast and this site, I’ve been practicing a rigid morning routine, going to local meet-ups, and flooding myself with real estate, marketing, or mindset education wherever I can find it.I am 31 years old, married, have a degree in pharmacy, and spent the last 7 years working in a hospital caring for patients and leading healthcare teams.

Unless you think that the supermarkets where we buy our food don't do things like put wheat products on their shelves that include sawdust fillers, the gas stations never doctor their pumps to register a full gallon every .97 gallons, the waiters have never spit in anyone's food, the pharmacies are always giving you your medicines at a fair price, the public school teachers who care for our children are all passionate professionals instead of CYA pension-seekers, and of course that we have statesmen in political office with clean hands and clear hearts and pure thoughts running through their heads every moment of the day...All the hysterical protestations and declarations of extraordinary personal integrity here seem a bit overdone here, don't they?

If we want to start talking about the Target Pharmacy, and how the people behind the desk handling the meds need a license, well now we might be able to compare the two.  

Gas stations and pharmacy for NNN typically fit on 2 acres.

A pharmacy is generally 10,000 sq ft and up and supermarket those can go to 60k sq ft, salvation army is bigger size also.

I've recently been asked to advertise with a grocery store on their pharmacy bags.
