It can come from a personal investor who will negotiate terms, or potentially a piece of the equity.

@Ben Callahan, you could find a partner who is looking to buy a similar property, be a co-signer to your partner, and have that person live in it and be a primary resident. 

The vast majority of contractors won't want to give bids on properties while under contract unless they have a relationship with that person from prior jobs.

It’s an item in our roadmap, but maybe I just need to prioritize it to the top of the list in 1H 2024.Bottom line is that I allowed us to stop supporting it several years ago, in a decision I wish I could have back. honestly, I used to use the app personally as well.

Office space is gutsy at this time with many companies working remotely, maybe part of your investment was to bet that people will be coming back to work in person.
