Is a unit right next to the entrance of the strip mall more desirable than a similar unit nestled in the back but next to the anchor tenant that draws heavy foot traffic?

Natomas has caught my eye because its close to downtown but also nestled between some sizeable industry parks and The Promenade which is a nice big shopping plaza.

Nestle has a large manufacturing plant near Anderson.  

It was nestled in between the Lockheed Martin and close to the Samson Park.

It's nestled between Hoboken & Weehawken, two areas that have seen an amazing increase in value however Union City is a little behind the curve.

The other is located nestled directly of the main throughway just south of Indianapolis in the greater Greenwood region Just off US 31.
