It is basically a new house except the roof, which is metal and does not leak).

About a month ago our renter called to say that the water is leaking through the air vent from the ceiling.

Overflowing gutters, a leaking roof, or holes in the siding may lead to moisture entering the mobile home and problems/mold in the wall cavities.Worried you’ll miss something?

Also if you have leaks in one unit and not the other then the other tenants are paying for that.There are services that put a private meter on each unit so the tenants are billed on what each consumes  versus averaging out.

We are working to resolve the leak, which only stains ceiling tiles and does not drip into the unit.

There was a water leak in a bathroom which required a full renovation of that bathroom.

All plumbers I have spoken with have advised me against in unit laundry due to the floors (old building) and potential for leaks.

(room in my house)I have statement from the plumber she caused the leak, pictures, and receipt from contractor for mold mitigation.  

Some points I would be considering:1) The interior painting looks a little low for all the work involved.2) The roof looks like it will need some new sheeting in spots, at least as I can see staining on the ceilings from roof leaks.

Inspection rep facetimed me saying hey this is a mess, inspection should NOT have been today, there's leaks everywhere, nothing is ready, etc.  .....I had to pay for the 2nd Inspection2) New build wasn't supposed to have tenants, on the day of 2nd inspection 2 weeks ago, again I get a call from the Inspection rep that there were people living on both sides.
