I come from a data science background, so I'm accustomed to creating models to derive the incremental ROI of each variable.I hear some people saying "get the $10,000 hot tub", and I get that, especially if it's a "table stake" that your property needs just to be considered by guests.However, when thinking about less standard amenities, like putting greens, gaming rooms, billiard tables, pool toys, etc. what tools or methods do y'all use to evaluate if a given idea will deliver a positive ROI?

Yes, there are some people who do podcasts that are laser focused on a particular niche but based on what you said in the OP you don't seem to really have a niche yet which is why I say that by listening to the BP podcast you'll learn what other podcasts you should be listening to.

Hey guys.Being moderately experienced investor, I have done HUD's, local auctions, selelr financing, rentals, flips, etc...I have toying around with the idea of using a virtual assistant to submit my HUD offers (in and amongst other things).I am curious:1) Has anyone been using virtual assistants to submit HUD and has it worked well?
