I would certainly make sure you did environmental due diligence including having the sellers sign an environmental questionnaire indicating whether they know of any environmental concerns.I have seen environmental contamination from gas stations go under major interstates and impact properties several hundred feet away.

Our homes are near the interstate and a military base.

My biggest concern with this property is the yard is fenced in, but the fence along the backside of the property is one of those big cement walls that has a busy interstate on the other side of it.

Man im intersted to see if any one has a better idea than me but just figure a cap rate you like.

EHM  good question I know you can be a broker in as many states as you want.for instance I am in 3 states.. but I not sure about being an agent .. however I would assume you could you just need to work under a broker in each state.there are no interstate jurisdictions its all state to state
