I don't mean to sound insensitive, but we mitigate risks as much as possible and accept the rest as risks of the business. 

I don't mean to be insensitive, but I truly don't care what asinine things you do with your money.

People receive many bs letters with buzzwords of all sorts that they are insensitive to them and likely ignore most of them.

I don't mean to sound insensitive, but if in fact the issue hindering the sale is due to the road… I practically got into an argument with my agent over the last house I wanted to buy as a rental, which backed up to a main road.

Some sellers may find such open cards extremely insensitive and offensive.

insensitive at the time although not intentionally but had to laugh at myself  later when I thought about my response.

No condelences comes off as insensitive and one sentence comes off as insincere.
