The low purchase price, combined with an established market demand, made this an ideal transaction for a fast turnaround and profitable outcome.

Definitely not ideal or something I'd recommend to someone. 

Ideally, this would be just one step in a larger plan to grow into multiple rental units over time.

Something I would recommend from experience working with people is to figure out your ideal niche and stick to that, at least just starting out.

As I have noted in another thread, the number of individuals who post on BP about the Huntsville market that have zero experience investing or managing properties here has accelerated recently for unclear reasons.
