They make an action decision on impulse and based on emotion and excitement, but you have to keep their attention or they will easily lose interest.They are open personalities so you can ask away and they will share, if not over share.To talk to them, keep your conversation action oriented.

The earlier you start looking, the less likely you'll be to make an impulse decision.    

But be wary of just jumping into an investment based on impulse.
