Technically I believe you're covered if there is an accident because they were correct at the time they were installed.

So even if you pick a state with stronger protections like WY or NV, the cause of action arose in the state where the tenant fell, so likely that the court where the accident happened would have jurisdiction.

I'd imagine you need to know the exact dimensions of all the spaces  Im sorry the only nationwide company I knew of was bongostays but they did a horrific job.
