@Rick Alvialso go to har and setup an alert for the house that met your criteria, i'm pretty sure they will also let you do that with a regular customer account as well, or you can pm me your email with the criteria of the house u r looking for and i will set up an alert to go to your email daily or weekly .welcome to BP

@Daniel HsiehI really recommend listing it with HAR and if you can find a flat fee listing.you need to consider some money for the buyer agent if you want to sell this fast.I never skip this step when I try to sell a flip property.

I think the rest is overkill because they wouldn't be a member of HAR if they were not in good standing with TREC.But if you want to dig into that, you can go to the TREC website and look up any licensee in Texas.
