I'm reaching out to Baselane's leadership to put some sense in them about good banking practices and honoring legally bound leases, that they ended by breaking through this action.

It's difficult to see how a tenant will be after screened and signing a lease.

Tax-wise, profits are taxed at your ordinary income rate, and frequent flips may subject you to self-employment tax if classified as a dealer by the IRS.

They are always leased here even for the corporate stations where they have a convenience store, a Popeyes or the like and a car wash.

The other is unrelated and we suspect is tied to the tenant (who was with us for 3 years) that did not renew their lease and moved (we cannot prove this).Again, many thanks!
