I think there is going to be a market correction in the Houston Market in 3 years time, but I dont think thetre is going to be a bubble.I think this will be fueled by iterest rates, Apartment development explosion happening now and the billions being spent by private eq and hedge funds.

Greenville isn’t a great area but those few blocks once you cross the the Bayonne border are actually pretty solid and haven’t had the explosive price growth the other parts of the city have seen.

It cost $500 plus I was responsible for all of the piping inside.I would think that the gas company could dig right there and eliminate the meter and then dig next to the house and tie into the gas line and install the meter where it should be.I would talk to a supervisor there and tell them that this is an explosion waiting to happen.
