Mini bubble in 2 or 3 years

I believe we will see the market crash back to the recent years in 2 or 3 years (I'm thinking 3 years). Here's why:

1. Too many people are still behind on their mortgages & too many homes are already in foreclosure.

2. The government is (as we all know) printing too much damn $. Interest rates, and inflation, will inevitably increase.

What do you think?

I think there is going to be a market correction in the Houston Market in 3 years time, but I dont think thetre is going to be a bubble.

I think this will be fueled by iterest rates, Apartment development explosion happening now and the billions being spent by private eq and hedge funds.
