I suspect they knew they hit something harder than surrounding earth but not that they definitely hit utilities.  

How on earth would I split up the gas bill?!?

The Elk River in southern Oregon, in particular is one of my favorite areas on Earth. 

There are three options that may occur but we know the third has the same odds as a metor hitting the earth.1.

It’s TransitoryIn 2025, the apartment supply bubble will pop, fall off a cliff, come back to earth, whatever the metaphor you prefer to use… Permits for development, the last 3 years of inflated material / labor prices and much much higher interest rates has made the environment for apartment construction highly challenging.

However, if you are generally looking for off market commercial deals, larger buildings etc, I've found no better combo than Excel, Google Earth, and some good old fashion internet stalking.

Let me tell you, it practically radiated charm through the screen, and I just had to reach out to share my enthusiasm about it.Now, you might be scratching your head, wondering, “How on earth did they find me?”

BUT, and this is a VERY important but; the VAST MAJORITY OF PEOPLE do not have the knowledge, experience, acumen, insight, patience, capital or risk tolerance to navigate what is beyond doubt the MOST DANGEROUS investing environment on Earth.
