Churches in my town use houses to assist those in need and I'm sure you can find some willing to sell.IRA will be difficult because most of the time you are mailing to the "custodian" and they'll probably toss in the trash.LLC's (or other corporations) are up to you.

I focus on the ability to one day give back to my community through giving to charity, helping my local church, and providing for my future kids.

Community Action, churches, Salvation Army is good for $250 every 12 months, etc.  

In your ad you can't say that this property is close to "The So-and-So Church", or "Perfect for couples" or anything else that would show that you are targeting a certain type of people.I specify that income must be at least 3x that of the rent, and since my rent is on the higher end, I usually get better people wanting to apply.

Our town is mostly Christian so I would be contacting a few churches, but there's also a Sikh gurdwara here who I would love to contact, and definitely my Pagan buddies would be finding out about it too.Any thoughts?
