I am working on cleaning up a landlord list I will be mailing to. Landlord go crazy trying to sound like big company. On one hand you want to mail to every rental, but we all want to save money on our mailings.

I think tracy said she did not mail to LLC? There are a lot of LLC on the list.

church's, holdings co ,trusts, IRA, property management co, LLC, banks, Enterprises, equities, ect.

What ones of the above would you mail to ?
