@Eddie Allen Dealing with CCHA vs CHA is just an easier organization to do business with.  

CHA was updated in 2011 as well.

Come summer time, there's no vacancies and a large population stays year round.Pick with a view and strolling distance to the sand - - - Cha Ching.

@Jay Fradd  in my market, I've been buying houses with CH/A for between $6-$8 a square foot. 

Then the CPA will have to go and change the “accounting method” and ammend your previous tax returns - additional cha-ching.
