Investing in Chicago MF

I am looking to invest in  a 7-unit MF apartment in Chicago market, specifically between Cicero and Oak Park. Does anyone have feedback or experience in this market? I've been told landlords don't have a lot of leverage should renters  decide not to pay there rents. Any issues with Section 8 renters?

@Eddie Allen you should still be able to get some good tenants that way but if you go the Section 8 route that falls under cook county housing vs Chicago housing so that is a plus!!
