CHA Mobility Areas on north side bringing high rents

Interesting program. I just toured a building in Albany Park where small 2br units were rented for $1800 through this program when market rate was around $1200-1300. The program allows "up to 150% of your voucher value". Many north side areas qualify for this and it may be a nice way for increased cashflow. Looking forward to learning more about this program for myself and my clients.
