Denying a potential applicant based on factors not related their financial capacity could be deemed discriminatory.

As Disney opens up to much higher capacity I’m assuming things could be better than I anticipated.I bought a villa also, not a cottage. 

We are an all electric home and were able to get 96% of year round capacity because we had been year round the year prior but most years we are not.

Chris - Did you approach the seller about seller financing in any capacity?

If everything is fine on the legal / rental side of things I would stipulate in the lease that the large living room closet would not be allowed to be used as a bedroom and would need to be utilized in some other capacity i.e walk in closet.I understand no one can give legal advice on this site but guidance or websites to look over would be a huge help! 

Holistic enforcement on capacity would be nice.
