I was getting worried that I may have made a mistake in investing in a furnished unit but am now breathing a sigh of relief.

I do have savings but was hoping to give us some financial breathing room while we deal w/the $120,000 tuition bill.

So I dont think I would hold my breath for payments from anyone .. !!

Also, told me money is not an issue but in the same breath asked if they could give less than 3 month's rent to move in (I had already explained the requirements).

Most of the “deals” have no meat left on bone except for maybe a long term rental hold after repairs.They ironically sponsor a lot of the meet ups I’ve been too here in DFW. of course they do they live and breath on newbies..
