The refrigerator and stove were so nasty it took 3 hours of scrubbing with bleach and a paint scraper (literally) to clean them.

The detergent and bleach will damage the septic system. 2.

If you see any mold either remove what's or clean it with bleach and scrub it with a brush.

The last time I bought carpet, I bought the kind you can actually clean with bleach and not hurt it. 

I had a crew go in and deep clean every piece of concrete in the basement with bleach and I sprayed every square inch of the wood (floor joists, window wells, etc...) that I could find with KILLZ before painting.

If you see parts that concern you, like dirty spots leaning towards might be mold soon, you can try to tackle it by scrubbing with a bleach/water mix.

For a bigger bang, dilute 50/50 bleach and water solution and apply to roof with garden sprayer.

I am not worried about keeping the floors so dumping bleach on them would be fine, for example.

As soon as I and renewed the lease the tenant wrote me this long message with all these thing wrong, including drain smells bad(she’s been putting bleach down the drain to kill the odor, the lights in the kitchen and bedroom are flickering(this ones easily fixable) & the bathroom floor is in-caving because of water damage(she suggested a new shower door).

I can toss bleach in my geothermal condensate drain area when I switch out the filter.
