this is very easy, the higher DTI you have the more important it's for your DSCR to be above 1.10 by house hacking.I mean if your DTI > 40% and your DSCR >= 1.05 , then house hacking is very important.If your DTI <= 25% then not so much.It's your ability to overcome your DTI-ness that makes it worth or not.

End up with a $10k to $15k in savings.If your paying a broker for bringing a buyer they will write the contract on the MLS form.. simpleif you sell it yourself just go to the Staples there is a section there that have Stevens Ness forms and get a purchase and sale agreement. cost you a few dollars maybe 5 or so.
