You are using an abbreviation MIL for Mother-in-law.  

To @Michael King I wrote convo instead of conversation and used other abbreviations in an effort to be brief.

Since I dont have any agent friends and thus no access to the MLS, I am using Redfin to track down comps that are:1. sold in last 3 - 6 months2. within ½ - 2 miles3. within 10 years of age4. within 10% of square footage5. same number of bedrooms and bathroomsHere is an abbreviated chart.So far so good, right? 

@Andrew Postell Im just not familiar with some of the abbreviations, but for the most part I get what you mean.

I clearly remember the first conversation we had and he asked me about my goals and threw out all of these concepts/abbreviations that at the time were foreign to me.
