BRRRR Strategy Question
There’s some guy on social media saying he gets 100% financing from his hard money lender. Is this possible? Also what banks do people recommend for doing a cash out refinance?

Yes there are some hard money that will 100% finance if the deal makes sense. Local banks, credit unions, are usually best for this.
