It is minutes from University City and all the innovation and expansion going on there; minutes away from boat house row and the Art Museum area... all the culture and outdoor recreation you want; minutes away from the Philadelphia Zoo, which I am betting will continue its building and expansion; within walking distance of the Mann and Memorial Hall; finally transportation, several bus routes in the area and the 76 expressway a stones throw away.With that said it is a bit of a rough neighborhood. 

A little details on this, a 4/2 home in a quiet neighborhood, 3 blocks from the city zoo, and 10 minute walk from a major university in the city.

Wasn't getting notifications that anyone had responded, and hadn't been on BP for a few days. with that... the house is just north of K-zoo, and east of 131.

Once fully cured, you can put golf spikes on every critter at the zoo and turn 'em loose with no problem.  

And look for their Facebook page and see if they talk about the "zoo of animals" they didn't mention on their application...

Potential - Well, my credit is not great, but can I please still view the property you are right next to the zoo and my kids are tired of us moving every year for the last 3 years.

On the corner of sherman n elmer, 1 block from the zoo..

I recommend you ck out the local rei group they meet April 16th at 930 am.. at the protech bldg on the corner of elmer n sherman,  1 block from ft.wayne zoo...

I have heard near the zoo and the university are good spots.

We love the area and spend a lot of time at the Ruston waterfront and Point Defiance zoo.
